Very Happy:
I brought my two dogs here today, the owner does a wonderful job. My dogs were done in less than 4 hours, and they were perfect. I am very pleased with the money that I paid and the service I received. I will continue to use Boutique a Yo Yo for the convenience, price and service, you cannot beat.

This recollection amazes me !:
I am the owner of the Boutique A Yo Yo and remember this incident quite clearly. This young lady stopped in to have her dogs nails cut. After entering the outside door I greeted her, went over and opened the inside gate and invited her dog in. I bent over and tried petting her dog at which time it tried bitting me. I tried 3 times to gain the dogs confidents at which time, I relized the dog wanted no parts of it. I never touched the dog and certainly, did not take its collar off. I was unable to pick the dog up to even try to get to know it. I apologized to the young lady that I was unable to cut her pets nails because of its bitting and said maybe today isn't a good day for him. I opened the inside gate and returned the leash handle to her. She turned, opened the outside door and her dog bolted out It ran across Victoria, across LaSalle, and back across Victoria, crossing a very busy intersection 3 times. The dog was very lucky it was not hit by a car. We love animals and we were very relieved to see the dogs owner acted so quickly and was able to catch her dog. However, what she did not see is that I had grabbed my key and had gotten in my car to follow the dog if it were to run down the street, also one of the ladies that works for me was standing on the corner ready to grab the dog if it ran back towards the shop. When we saw she had her dog in her arms, we went back to work and she got in her car and left. I'm sorry this happened but this dog was COMPLETELY in its owners care when it bolted. I am thankful for her, that it worked out great with her fast actions and wish her and her new family all the best! Please remember to check your pets collar, making sure it is not to loose and it is fastened correctly.

Worst experience ever:
This was the worst experience I have EVER had at a grooming place. I brought my dog in to get his nails clipped and they didn't even ask what his name was they just took him into the back. They were more concerned at getting him in and out then getting to know the dog and make him feel comfortable. After wrestling with him for 5 minutes they somehow unhooked his collar and my dog ran out of the door and into the huge intersection. The workers stayed inside the store, while I was chancing down my dog. I am also six months pregnant. They didn't even come out of the store to attempt to help me catch him or even make sure that he was alright. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!
