Do not do business with these people:
I took my pressure washer here to get the carb rebuilt. I was pleased when they first answered the phone and I asked, "Do you guys repair pressure washers?" The response was a very enthusiastic, "That's what we do!" To make a long story short, this company took more than 8 weeks and $125.00 to return my pressure washer in a non-working condition with constant battles with horrible customer service in between. My advice to the management is to ensure that certain employees have little to no contact with customers. After considerable debate with an "equipment manager" over the phone, I was told to, "F%^k you, b!%ch!" My advice to the ownership is have a minor quality policy that ensures all services and repairs are closed by a successful acceptance test. You will avoid a customer returning the product if things are done correctly the first time.
