I was looking for a Syracuse chiropractor for my neck and shoulder pain that wouldn't go away and then a friend recommended I see Dr. Goettsch at Brighton Hill. I've been now a few times and am so pleased with my experience that I HAD to write a review. Dr Goettsch is one of the nicest and caring chiropractors I've ever been to. She adjusted my neck and back and gave me some stretches to do at home to help with my posture. She made sure I was comfortable and explained to me what she was doing and why. I will definitely be back again and have recommended Brighton Hill to all my friends!

I would never recommend this place to anyone, my aunt and I went to Dr Basciani; she's really rough and actually made my aunt worse. My aunt has been to a lot of chiropractors b/c of her constant moving from state to state and she said this is the worst chiropractor she's ever been to.
Then there's Dr Goettsch...I wanted to try her out b/c I read a lot of good reviews so I scheduled an appointment with her and the next day the secretary called and said Dr Goettsch cancelled me and told me they can't help me, so I should go somewhere else. This seemed out of nowhere. I wasn't a bad patient, my back wasn't so bad they couldn't help me; they just chose not to. I wasn't referred to another doctor or given any real reason why. Obviously I will never come here again in the future, and I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else.
