WORST florist to use for a funeral-DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely the WORST florist to go to for funeral arrangements. The owner, Brittney, is not compassionate, rude and money hungry. Her daughter is very sympathetic and should be the sole person working with customers. I had ordered everything with her daughter and when Brittney returned she made me go over the whole order again adding onto the price. She told me the vase I ordered right from their book was going to be more money. The doves are add ons. Why would one employee say yes this is your cost and what you will get and the other one has a different agenda? Obviously lack of communication and lack of professionalism. The arrangements are sub par and over priced. The work that you select from the books is not what shows up in the funeral parlor. Brittney decides to change it based on what she thinks would look good. I was told I should have ordered the arrangements on Saturday instead of Monday so she could get my flowers that I ordered. This is an outrageous comment for funeral flowers. Funerals are not planned a year in advance like weddings are. When the funeral director contacted Brittney, she still would not fix the arrangements and would not return calls-she said she was ill. I'm sure she was ill-more like money hungry and did not want to lose anything by making something right for a grieving family. She is incredibly overpriced-go to Ladybugs instead. They are compassionate, reasonable and give you what you order.
