Broeker does poor to mediocre quality of work and cuts corners to save himself money.:

We had problems with Broeker's work at our homes. He repainted our deck and used the wrong paint. It started peeling after only 5 months. Also, our shower stall drain started to leak 1.5 years after he installed tile in our shower stall. He totally screwed up work at our vacation home. See pictures of Broeker's remodeling work:
