If I could give this law firm a negative I would!! They are terrible people who have no compassion. If you have to deal with Dennis just be ready for the rudest person in the world. Hes a paralegal who thinks he a judge and knows it all. He is very rude and will make you feel so small. I tried to work a payment plan out with them and I couldn't even talk without him interrupting me. I then spoke to Rhonda (his boss) who was a nicer about the situation. I ended up paying in full so I didn't end up going to court. I called 3 days after to make sure everything went and was dismissed from court. Rhonda told me I could call and speak to her if I needed anything. They get there money and I ask her a question and she talks to me like I'm a huge burden. They got their money and she turned around to be a horrible person as well. Dennis was very rude from the beginning called me while as I was at work and I said I'm sorry what is this about and he's starts naming off amounts and very snotty goes "get the picture". I don't know who these people think they are but if they want to get money from people.... they should address the situation better! If anyone has to deal with them I feel your pain!

Last week I was served with papers that I was being sued in small claims court for a past medical bill from several years ago. I was unaware of the bill and it is a relatively small amount.

No problem, I guessed it got hung up at our old address and never forwarded. So a few days ago I called Bruck Law Offices to take care of it.

Right from the get go, the lady was rude. I can understand that they probably deal with difficult clients, but why would someone want to be rude to someone wanting to pay you money?

Offered to pay immediately over the phone, she declinded. She wants two seperate money orders and that she was going to "guess" at the amount I should send them for. If her "guess" is too low, they will call me for the rest of the funds.

Here's the funny part. I asked her well what if her "guess" is too high and I send more money than is owed. She replied, "Well, you would just have to call us in a few weeks to find that out and ask for a refund."

I then asked if she would call me if her "guess" resulted in an overpayment and she said "No!"

The entire tone of her voice and the words she used were demeaning and very unprofessional.

She then went on to make comments that I should have no problem calling them back in a few weeks if it was that important to me.

I wonder if their clients know this is how they represent them??? I wonder if their family and friends know that type of people they are when they go to work?

I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMENT IF YOU DECIDE TO CALL THE PEOPLE TO RECORD THE PHONE CONVERSATION. (Of course check with your local laws first), but it's always better to ask forgiveness than for permission....

I made the obvious mistake this afternoon by calling Bruck law office for some much needed information! Unfortunatley for me, my call was taken by a very rude "person" (not real sure what else to call her), named Tasha Jones. I made another near fatal mistake, when I tried to ask Tasha why I would be charged 50.00 dollars for a copy of a letter I needed, she tore in to me big time!!! She stated she could no longer waste her time mailing me another letter if I was just going to lose it! I couln't even explain my situation to her, or ask any questions because she was talking over me the whole time, when I calmly inturrupted her and said, "Mam, may I please just ask you my question?" She said "NO!!!! I"m not going to continue this conversation with you because it's pointless" and then she hung up on me!!! I guess her mother never taught young Tasha that being civil and polite to people is NEVER pointless, no matter how big and bad you may think you are. Apparently, working in a law office has made Tasha a little full of herself!!! I can't imagine how rude she would have been if I had owed them money!!!!

In closing, I would say if you have any business with this place, BEWARE!!!! It can't be that great of an enviroment if they're employee's are that angry and tough. I'm sure she doesn't treat the people paying her salary this way. If you must call there, keep your guard up, and whatever you do, ask to speak to ANYONE OTHER THAN TASHA JONES!!!!!!!!!
