According to one of three Partners behind the Bruxie concept, Dean Simon, "Our goal was to introduce this never-before-seen concept to Orange County and Bruxie has accomplished that. The 'Bruxie' is unlike any waffle, it is light, crisp, yeasty and not sweet. It's street food that's perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as a dessert, mid-day snack or late-night treat."

Orange County is home to a concept unlike any in the region. Bruxie, a quick-serve eatery in Old Towne Orange serving more than a dozen sweet and savory gourmet waffle sandwich offerings, features an authentic take on the Belgian waffles.
