Bud's Louisiana Food Shoppe was opened in 2004 and is decorated with the obligatory gold, green, and purple Mardi Gras colors. They offer a wide selection of Po Boys (sandwiches), Crawfish Etouffee, Jambalaya (Creole or Cajun), and Mardi Gras Pastawith shrimp, crawfish, and mushrooms in a Creole tomato cream sauce. Don't leave without trying their Creole Pecan Piewith a layer of cheesecake in it!
