Warning -do not buy:
If you do not want headaches like we have do not buy from them , we purchased a new 2014 jayco siesmic last year and the problems started right away , they said they had to prep and clean it but when we got it it was filthy and they rushed us thru the turnover because they were short handed so we have had to learn it on our own , the Jayco book is so generic it tells us nothing esp about winterization we have had problems with the battery , the closet doors falling off many times , clamps missing or sheared off , underneath of trailer extremly rusted to the point off the gas tank filler tube clamp rusting off , the surround sound not working , a recall on the steps that they wont address and water running down the inside of the back wall that caulked but now wont admit happened whan asked what happens if it rots in a few years , the service department is a joke and wont return calls or e-mails , we scheduled one day and took off work and they never showed or called , worse yet Jayco wont help us , our next step is a attorney or the attorney general , very unhappy

Buffalo RV...In the late 1960s, right here in Western New York a tradition was born. That tradition AND experience was called Trailer Land, better know today as Buffalo RV. It began with a simple but absolute theory that was as important then as it is now almost 40 years later. Its a theory of doing whats right for our customers and providing the highest level of service and professionalism...
