2) Ears cleaned as needed
3) Anal glands expressed
4) Massaging bath in specialty shampoo/conditioners.
--most clients get at least 2 baths, at least one of which is with a specialty shampoo (ie: medicated, oatmeal, hypoallergenic, etc.), which do NOT cost extra
