Visiting the area during the Holidays and found Cantilever after a long day of tours in the French Quarter. (Awesome guides!). My feet were killing me and wife suggested it was time for a better shoe. Found this store based on online reviews. Outdoor was sparse and concerning but walking inside was another world. Being out of town and in pain, they could have charge me anything. I felt like I was a neighborhood friend the way they treated me. Walked out with a pair of shoes that made the next few days better (along with the recommended ice pack) and a special order pair sent to me in Texas for work shoes. Great People. Great prices and I will be dealing with them online for years to come.
