I was pushed into really expensive designer frames by the receptionist, who shouldn't be giving advice on fashion unless you're an old gramma. I think their prices are way out of line. Anyway, they BROKE! The plastic just snapped two weeks after I got the glasses. I called the office and that old woman YELLED AT ME. Told me I must have done it on purpose to get free glasses. These people are scammers. Run away.

He wasn't very professional

Dr. Cantrell has been very good to me. I have a difficutl prescription and he works tirelessly until we have it right. One year I was under a lot of stress and had a visual migrain (thought I was going blind at work). He told me what he thought was going on, and had me call him back in 15 minutes to see how I was doing (syx had abated by that time). He cares about his patients and educates us re: eye care . His staff is also wonderful, helping me figure out the best frames. an added plus is that he is across from Ted Drewes! caroline
