Not to be trusted:
Mark the owner came out to our home to quote a liner replacement for our inground pool. We knew this wasn't an easy job based on other installers, but Mak insisted he had the solution. He gave us a price, we agreed. He then told us someone would call from the liner mfg and come out to measure for the liner. Not only did no one call but neither Mark nor anyone from his office would call us back. After a week of trying to reach him, we had to find another installer, NOW it's very late in the season. Mark is full of BS...don't promise something and run away. Be a professional and confront the customer. I certainly would not trust this man or his company... regardless of other reviews!

Carribean Blue Pool and Spa-BEWARE:
Caribbean Blue Pools did a reno on my 20x50 Inground pool in June 2007. They did an excellent job at the onset and Mark was very involved. Jay, his brother, the service manager, is far from competent and reliable. They installed a Jandy Aqualink system. The remote control broke after the first year and when I called every other week from May thru August, they finally gave me a replacement at the END of the season. When they opened the pool in 2009 I complained about fading and staining of the Gunite surface. Jay stated that poor distribution of chemicals caused this and it was my fault. They refused to do anything about it. I used them to open and close my pool for 3 seasons and as the price went up and the quality went down I have since moved on. Now, the entire pool surface (THE SIDES/WALLS TOO), is blotchy, discolored and faded in all areas. Poor or unequal distribution of chemicals would cause "spot staining" in that area, NOT the ENTIRE pool surface. I am extremely displeased. The entire pool needs resurfacing now and they refuse to fix the problem. My neighbor, who I got the recommendation from, had the same problem and after her nagging for two years, they finally resurfaced her pool. They refuse to return my calls. Their pricing is fair and they do a great job at the onset but don't have a problem afterwards.....they will ignore you once they have gotten your money.
