Great place:
I am very happy living at Carlton Arms of Magnolia Valley. I first saw the complex when driving by one day and was pleased with how it looked and then decided to look more into it.

The people who work here at Carlton Arms of Magnolia Valley are always so willing to stop whatever they are doing to assist any of the tenants.
Great Place to Live:
The apartments are a good size for the price you pay. They also have cool amenities there are 2 pools, tennis courts, and a gym.
It's been great living here!:
The staff is very kind. The grounds are always well kept and I love that if I ever have a problem with anything, they are there to fix it within 24 hours. Very happy!
