The current management is a joke. They are only interested in the money. It is a husband wife team and the husband is physically unable to perform any duties. So any work that is needed is hired out (to friends) and billed to the park and the husband is getting a salary for work that he is not doing. Management will hire their friends to go in and fix up homes that are acquired by the park and sell them for next to nothing and this is making our home values go down. They will also show these homes first to potential home buyers. Don’t worry if your income doesn’t qualify you for any home in the park because they will help you make sure that you do. You can add your mom or someone else to qualify and they don’t even have to live with you. If you get tired of the home you’re in just quit paying for it and management will take it back and let you buy another one. And if you want your kids to live with you just add them as your caregivers. You don’t even have to be disabled. You can even still work too. You don’t even have to take care of your yard. Management considers weeds and disorder a pretty landscape. Heck they are not even watering the area around the clubhouse anymore and they have let the gardeners kill a lot of the bushes so if you want to be like some of the other residents I’ve seen you can try and pretty it up yourself by planting new bushes because management wouldn’t, but they learned that that doesn’t work either.

I know there all rules that we all must abide by but if you become friends of the manager you don’t have worry about any of them. And don’t worry about speed limits in the park, those aren’t enforced either. Even though it says you can only have a small dog there are a lot of big dogs here and they don’t care if there are more.
We have a registered sex offender and a few druggies but you don’t have to worry about the theft here if you lock everything up because there are theft problems here.
I am a current resident of this mobile home park and I know that this park used to be rated one of the nicest in sacramento but it is not anymore which is too bad. All of the issues above have been brought to management and we have asked to speak with the owner which never happens. The owner has been here a few times but management keeps him from the tenants. Letters have also been written to the owner but he sends them straight to management and they are not addressed.

I have lived at Casa De Flores for a number of years. The park is well managed and the residents are fun and friendly.
Quiet at night and peaceful during the day.
Lots of activities to participate in and the homes show "pride of ownership".
If you are considering a move to a senior park---this is the one to settle into!
