CASA for Douglas County was founded in July of 1998. Kimberly Thomas currently serves as the Executive Director of the program. In the summer of 2008, CASA was fortunate to purchase (with the gracious help of a donor) a building in the downtown area, at 2412 St. Mary's Avenue.
