Castros Carpet & Upholstery Steam Cleaning

Castro's Carpet & Upholstery Steam Cleaning was founded in 1999, and is located at 730 Ebony Dr in Oxnard.

Mr. Castro came to my house yesterday to steam vac 2 bedrooms & a small hallway. I pointed out to him that there were 4 black stains on the carpet. He said that he couldn't guarantee the stains will come out. After he left, 2 of the stains were still there. I called him up & he came over this morning at 8 AM. He again said that he couldn't guarantee the stains would come out & he left. I took my little Green Machine & sprayed each stain for 2 seconds & brushed the spot for 4 seconds & the stains came out. Mr. Castro is incompetent and didn't care that I was unhappy. He's not a good businessman and I will never use him again and I hope you don't either. The carpet dried completely in 3-1/2 hours - which I thought was way too soon. I supposed he used very little water & he said his steam vac also vacuums at the same time? Huh????? I don't know why people get offended with my bad review --- this space is for people to submit their opinion about businesses. Many people who have used certain carpet cleaners for many years - have no idea of the difference when using a professional. That's why they think Mr. Castro did a good job. I've been having my carpets professionally steam-cleaned for almost 30 yrs - by different companies - and all did a great job except Mr. Castro - who is located in Oxnard, CA & works out of his house.

We have used Castro's for our carpet and upholstery cleaning for over 15 yrs and couldn't be happier! He does an excellent job and always lets us know ahead of time if a stain may not be removed.
If you expect a carpet to look new, than buy a new one and don't defame honest business people in our community.
