I was moving in from out of town when out with an agent from Reinhart. We have three kids twins and a baby all under 2 at the time and trusted Reinhart to find us a rental that would be hassle free. I was unable to come in town and trusted the Reinhart team when they told me the house was super clean and ready to move in and it will be a great home for my family. However, the home they found was not up to code and every major app has broke. We had not washer for 2mo not dish washer for over 2.5 months. We have dealt with over 30 visit from a repair person in the past 6mo. Home was dirty and nasty. I have not been able to even shave my face in the masterbed bath due to a lack of hot water pressure. They told me the landlord said it was a problem with the city. Last time i check the city does not control hot water pressure to the master bath I confronted B. Miller a partner in the company and he totally lied to me the before to try to cover. He told me the unit did not need to be up to code however the city says different. Unfortunately, we need to move again to find a decent place to move. I would advise you not working with Rienhart based on my experience.
