Since 1997, Cheryl's Dolls & Collectibles has been providing Dolls And Accessories from Tampa.

I paid over $600.00 for new Madame Alexander dolls I purchased on-line. These were older dolls but were considered new because they had never been removed from their original boxes. When I received the dolls the majority of them had brown stains on the inside of the boxes. After handling the boxes, my eyes started to itch and burn. I e-mailed Cheryl and her response was, "They are very old dolls and the spots are age spots". I purchase dozens of Madame Alexander dolls a year, many of them older than the ones I purchased from Cheryl's. I have never received them in this nasty condition. Serious collectors know that dolls are more valuable when both the doll and box are in mint condition. Cheryl's response was "I didn't know you were buying boxes". After numerous emails, she consented to a return and stated she would reimburse me for return shipping. She eventually refunded me for the dolls but lied about refunding me for the return shipping. If you're buying on-line, BUYER BEWARE!!!

We are open by Appointment only. We are by the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa, FL. We have 6 boys and 21 Grandchildren. So we are not always available.
