Children’s Wish Foundation International (CWFI) is a wish-granting nonprofit founded on the premise that laughter is good medicine. We bring joy to critically ill children around the world. From indoor activities to outdoor adventures, our numerous programs are designed to distract children from the anxieties of treatment and empower them to face the difficulties ahead.
