We are involved in all types of home improvements.

We hired classic construction on June 28th 2015 it is now November and our work is still not complete.Watch out for there draw schedule payments what that means is 6800 was paid for deposit the next draw payment was 3000 for drawing to be complete next 7000 when permit comes in mind you no work has been done yet next two guys with a beat up pickup show up with sledge hammers and begin taking my porch out this is a Thursday Chris the owner shows up for a check of 3333 contractors smash away for about one and a half hours and leave never to be seen again.We had a mess all over our front yard for over two weeks when a different contractor shows up with his young son to do my porch.We thought it would be a professional that would do the work but not so.My husband told Chris he was concerned about footings and that it wasn't being dug properly and Chris told us it would be fine they also tried to fill our porch with huge chunks of concrete which my husband had to get rid of.The porch and walkway came out horrible concrete all over it looks like it was done by a guy who has no clue how to put a porch in and walkway didn't even pass city inspection.Chris told us he would put landscaping in front of porch to cover it up.REALLY Still not done and walkway taken out still not done?Next is trim guy they did a good job but again not done next stone on front of house and another 3333 check to classic.Not done yet but stone guy very good his name is Mark still no awnings no railings no landscaping porch not done no walkway.Now we are told empty garage we do and Chris now wants 8500 more and the concrete guy isn't even here yet so after paying him this I only owe a very small amount and my job is not even done yet but Classic has almost everything but about 1500 and I have to hire a lawyer about my porch.Do not hire this company they are terrible.I wouldn't hire Classic to build a bird house!!!!! Beware Beware horrible job and still gets his money because of his draw payments and nothing finished.Chris told me he is right on schedule seven weeks but I'm sorry June 28th to November and no end in sight isn't seven weeks!!!! Stay away PLEASE

Classic Construction was spectacular!! The secretary at the office (Collen) was so friendly. They remodeled my bathroom and the work was done quite quickly. Much better that past company's I have used.
