Clay Glass & Mirror Service

Ordered a section of specially cut glass Oct. 2017 that was to be completed by the end of the first week. Paid half up front. Called the owner multiple times over a period of 5-6 weeks for the glass and he promised delivery "tomorrow" at a specified time but he never showed up with the glass or bothered to call us as to why he didn't show up. So many days were wasted being available to accept a delivery that never occurred. Cannot recommend this company or their services as they are not dependable and do not follow through as promised. Not sure if I'll ever see the glass or my deposit. Simply the worst service I have ever experienced. Elected to use a local glass service to support local businesses. What a big mistake on my part selecting Clay Glass.
