I recommend that you do not do business with this man or his company. You do so at your peril. He sold me a heater for the pool. He hooked it up wrong! Had the flow going in the opposite direction, out going in, in going out. Adamant to the point of insulting with response. Vehemently denied it. The pool was full of DE earth that was being sent back out into the pool, rather than being filtered out. Walked into my back yard without knocking, SAW he had hooked it up wrong. Admitted he hooked it up wrong. said he was going to fire the employee who did this, transferring the blame onto him. Said he'd rework the pipes so that the flow would be corrected. Advised him that if the pool filter and/or heater were damaged he'd be responsible. He assured me no damage would have been caused. He said he'd repair the problem and would clean my pool for me. Said he'd replace any damaged filters and I would pay. said he'd show them to me. Finished work, said he replaced 4 filters - I never saw them - but he wouldn't charge me for them if I cleaned pool. i agreed. Pool took me about 6 hours to clean. When completed, we went to put chlorine tablets in chlorinator and he removed it. Said I told him to do it, no such conversation. So he causes the problem, I help him with cleaning it for him and he removes a necessary piece and claims I gave him the OK. I recommend you stay away from this company.
