Run away from this dealership!:
Bought a brand new Wildcat off of Clem's. Easy to buy off of. After about a month, we realized that there were a few things that needed fixed. No problem, because when you buy off of Clem's, you get priority treatment - HA! What a joke! Called and made an appointment to bring it up in 2 weeks. Took it up and went over everything that needed addressed. (Mind you, the majority of these items were minor issues.) Was told it would probably be about 2 weeks. After waiting almost 3 weeks and never hearing anything from them, we called. All of the minor items had been taken care of (which probably took a total of about an hour to do). Hadn't looked at anything else yet. Next day, we call because we were suppose to get a call back that never came. Going to have to order something, will take a week to get in. Wait another week. That item was addressed, but now they looked at the next item and were going to have to wait for the manufacturer to get back to them. Why did they not go over everything that was on the list when we dropped the camper off over 4 weeks ago at the appointed time they told us? Now we are waiting for them to address the last issue with the camper. VERY INEPT service department. I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone buy a camper off of Clem's unless you were sure you were never going to need service from them. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!! We are still waiting, last we heard maybe another 2 weeks. Please keep in mind, this is a brand new camper we bought off of them less than 2 months previous. POOR POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
