Save yourself a nightmare and don't go here! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst experience I've ever had with a business. Very unprofessional. Was shopping for carpet and linoleum. I ordered linoleum for two rooms. Cloos told it would take 1.5 wks to get it. After 4 wks it finally arrived - no explanations why it took so long. When Mike came to install it, he asked what I had decided on the carpet, I said we had found a color we liked better at a different company. He walked out without a word! Becuz I went with a different company for carpet, he walked out and would't install the linoleum! He wouldn't return any calls I finally drove to the store. He told me he didn't want or need my business. I guess $1000 of work wasn't enough. So, beware, a free estimate isn't free, he demands all your business. I was amazed at the tantrum. Thankfully, Perfect Floors, who did an amazing job on our carpet, got the linoleum in for same price and installed it within 1.5 weeks and it looks great, and they did it with no seams in an adjoining hall and laundry room. Go to Perfect Floors, just down the street at Avon & John R. Cloos Carpet is a joke. I told a friend what happened, and she said, "I'm so sorry. I wish I had known you were looking for something or I would have warned you about him. We had him out to do a job once and I'll never have him again." Needless to say, she was surprised he was still in business due to his unprofessional practices that she experienced too. Beware!
