I had them replace a shingle portion of my roof with a rolled roof. They were supposed to give me a quote before leaving and do the work over the weekend. Neither happened and by the time they came to the house to do the roof I was out of town on business. They proceeded to tear off the shingle roof and replace it with a water barrier shingle roof. This isn't what I discussed with them or wanted.

Shane has told me twice they were coming to fix what they did. They never showed up and now they don't return phone calls.
