I have two dogs, and two cats. Brought them all in for rabies shots and distemper. The staff took it upon themselves to push a payment plan for all the animals every few minutes. The vet seemed very knowedgeable, and friendly but at the end of her exam, told us about this super payment plan we need to be on.When we refused she began a list of all the possible ways we can give them more money. My husband and I left with the same feeling we get when shopping for cars. After the appt. I began looking into other vet offices. Coal Creek charged us double the amount that most clinics charge for rabies and distemper. So, the vet at coal creek may be good at what she does, but it is about the bottom line at this place! They will push you to purchase services not neccessary, and go about providing services in a round a bout way in order to charge more.
