Stay away:
AWFUL experience at the Douglasville location for the first crown, so I decided to go to a different office to get my second crown done. When I called the office to get my x-rays transferred, I was told I had a $200 credit. So for that reason ONLY, I made an appt to get the 2nd crown done there. Had a 3:00 appt, was sent back at 4:00 to be seen because they were running behind. They then rushed through the crown procedure, as I was the last patient. The temporary fell off within a couple of days. So I can back a couple of days later and they put it back on, fell off again a week later. I called to let them know and was then informed the $200 credit was a MISTAKE and I OWED them $200. I was livid. This was the ONLY reason I went back to this office. I then went to another office to get the temporary put back on and the assistant had to completely restructure the temporary crown to get it to fit properly. After this visit, I didn’t have a single problem with the temporary.
