Lyon, a French bistro that closed in late fall, reopened with a new look, name and chef, Daniel Eardley, formerly of Chestnut in Brooklyn. He is relying on input from Jimmy Bradley of the Red Cat and the Harrison. The owners include Penny Bradley (no relation to Mr. Bradley), who was an owner of Lyon. — Florence Fabricant
