I have a mother who has given this company too many opportunities, in my opinion, to get it correct. Nothing has happened. There has been occasion where my girlfriend and I have had to come out to clean my mother, where these people are getting paid and taking advantage of the health care industry to make a buck. Unprofessional, ridiculous and unacceptable. Whatever governing body I need to report this abysmal service too, please advice!
