Not the best place to live in.:
It can be noisy as the street car pass in front of the apartments, or if your apartment in the back of the building, there is electricity station which can be really noisy if you open the window.also, if you live in the ground floor, any one passes in the side walk can see you. So if you are not comfortable to let people see you while you are inside your house, you need to forget that you have windows. electricity and utility is relatively very expensive, in my case it was around 60$/month for electricity and 55$/month for utility! there are no parking space in fron of the gate (after shopping, it is hard to move your things to the building) , and unless you sign up for their parking in the basement which will cost you 100$ /month, it will be really difficult to park els where. Finally when you move out, they rip you out with over priced moving-out and cleaning charges (they tell you it will cost you some thing then they charge you much more instead!)

good things, near lloyd center, near a lot of restaurants, near street car and not far away from the max (5 min walk)

I personally decided to move to more expensive apartment in the middle of down town (Next to my work), and I end up paying the same as before as I am sparing in electricity and utility and transportation.
