It's Dump, with horrible management:
Great model, but then you move into your dump. They'll never fix anything, just send maintenance people who are unskilled an untrained to make the problem worse.

Don't EVER live here:
Much like the other reviews, this is a terrible place to live. Maintenance is lazy and they take care of things THEIR way and not the right way. My water was shut off several times without warning because other neighbors around me were having plumbing problems (like I would know that). The foundation of the buildings are in poor condition with holes and cracks all around them for pests to get into. There were several large holes in the walls behind large appliances in the kitchen, under the sinks, , just everywhere. The doors were rotted, they were not installed correctly, there were so many holes around the doors for all the air inside to escape and again, pests get in. Pests...let's talk about that for a second. ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! I understand where we are located, there are going to be more of those...but this was ridiculous. They were coming out from the walls, under my stove, I found them running around in the upstairs (which I had no idea where they were coming from up there). My husband and I are clean. I am obsessively clean...so there's no way the roaches were inside my home because of us. I told their pest control that they were living behind the walls, and they told me it was very unlikely that they would live there. I knew better. Roaches were the one thing in my house, that I could not stand. I couldn't sleep most of the time because I knew they were in there, and it's extremely unsettling when you wake up in the middle of the night to one crawling on you in your bed! Oh, here's the other cool thing about the maintenance. You can't spray hornet/wasp spray. You have to get maintenance to do it. Well...I told maintenance about a nest, and they didn't take care of it for 5 days. 3 times I put in a trouble call about it, and all 3 times, the status was marked COMPLETE...when the nest was still there, and active.
This is the most unsanitary place I have ever lived. I was not happy here at all. The complex has ONE, SINGLE trash receptacle for every single person to dump their trash. That's unacceptable. I have horror pictures I've personally taken of that trash can over flowing and people just dumping their trash outside on the grass.
My neighbors were very inconsiderate. And neighbors that I didn't even know, threw their trash in MY back patio...probably because they were too lazy to walk the 300 yards to the trash can. It took 4 days for maintenance to come pick up that trash. I have so many other gripes about this place, but for the sake of simplicity, I will stop here.
This place needs to be shut down. It is the worst place to live. Just don't ever live here. I was so fed up with this place, I got out of my lease early and moved just a mile up the road and I am a thousand times happier.

Just unreal...absolute worst experience of my life:
The bad maintenance was apparent from the start. Horrible wall painting, the wood under the front door rotten, the cracks in the walls above the French doors, the back French doors that wouldn't close properly, the huge cracks above the French doors outside, the one inch gap under all the doors (which was great in winter with a newborn baby). Just a few of the many many issues. I was in a rush to get an apartment and it seemed nice. Just a few maintenance issues. The maintenance guys refused to fix any of it. Not a thing. Finally, a hurricane hit, water literally poured through the French doors, and almost collapsed the side wall, the one with huge cracks all through it, soaking the carpet for hours. The French doors almost collapsed inwards. You know, onto the residents, me, my wife, and newborn son. After the hurricane, their solution? Pull up part of the carpet and spray Lysol. That kills the mold you know. Spraying on top of the underpadding. The wood around the French doors was spongy to the touch and they were visibly leaning inwards. Nope, they decided not to replace them. The cracks started worsening above the doors (which were structually unsound before I moved in apparently). The mold under the carpet started to stink and spread. I had enough and just got out, I bought a house. However, good luck getting out of your contract. I was in fear for the safety of my family and I ended up paying 2 more months rent when I wasn't even living in that Hellhole, because you can't give your notice to the girl at the front desk. I did so and she said it was fine. Apparently, it has to be in writing, on letterhead, delivered to the apartment manager, in person, 45 days prior, who is not a very nice person. At all. I wish I could use stronger language here. I gave HER the notice 60 days prior. I received a lovely letter through the mail slot, stating it wan't good enough, 30 days before my move out. They knew I was moving out, but waited to inform me of a new policy til I had to pay extra.A couple grand extra. Because I am Navy and they know a clearance depends on good credit. Avoid this place like your life depends on it because it does. And so do your finances. And your Navy career.
