Cleaned nearly all carpets in our home, including two flights of steps. The gentlemen who came were professional and kind and flexible and diligent and were able to get stains out of our carpet that another company could not. Definitely will use them again. -
Do not use craigs carpet cleaning:
DO NOT USE CRAIGS CARPET CLEANING. They ruined my couches. They cleaned my couch, love seat, chair and ottoman and by the end of the night they had a rough textured feeling and reeked of mildew. They promised us a full refund then would not return our calls, or even pick up our phone. We had to buy new couches. Their excuse for not giving a refund is they did not have the money to return. They work on THEIR time and show up whenever it is convenient for them. Waited over 7 hours just to have them reschedule for the next day and ended up waiting 6 hours the next day for them to have to reschedule again.
