Service manager lied about items covered under warranty and I paid for what I thought was repairs to my truck. About 24hrs later problem returned. Dealership in TX told me ALL of the repairs should have been covered by the PLATINUM warranty that I have on my truck. Not only was I lied to, but now I'm back to square ONE. Truck is down again with same problem CRESCENT claimed to have FIXED.
