I'm new to Curves, but I like this particular location. it's neat and clean and slightly hidden. The staff is generally friendly; I only hesitate because I read the Curves book before starting and the staff didn't seem as well-versed in the details of how to use certain machines, or in explaining how the workout works, etc., as the book stated. Oh, well - I'd suggest getting the book as a supplement overall. Other than that, I really like this particular location. It gets a bit quieter from 11am until 2pm, when there's more mature/elderly clients.
