I've Been going to DA for about 8 years, my family and I have owned several Mercedes and we've always taken our cars to DA Import Specialist for all the service repairs or any concern. I can honestly say as a women with no idea or any experience on cars. I fully trust DA Import Specialist and Jack. He takes his time to explain everything in detail to me with any doubts when I drop my Mercedes off. The customer service is amazing along with the reasonable prices. DA Import specialist is not located in unit A they have moved to Unit G at the end of the building. These guys are the best at what they do. I have had the best experience with DA Import Specialist when it comes to service repair of my Mercedes Benz SL500. I have been using DA Import Specialist for more than 5 years now. Jack Dayeh Georges son is Mercedes Benz certified I believe he has learned most of his skills from his father George which has been working on Mercedes Benz for over 52 years or so.
