Complaint Description:
Did not complete the repair they said they did and have no one to send out to repair, they are tired from a long day while I have no hot water. I have never had such poor customer service as I have with this company. They completed a repair on my water heater, they left, there was no hot water pressure in the house. They returned and restored water pressure and stated all was working well, not true. The same problem existed as before they were called, and now state the pan might be leaking causing the burner would not stay lit, an issue one would think an experienced technician would notice. After calling the technician back he raised his voice to me in a condescending tone telling me I didn't know what I was talking about. After I told him he was the service company that could not fix the issue he hung up on me. I contacted the owner and there is nothing they can do today at 6pm leaving us without water for a 3rd day due to his staff being tired for attending 10 calls or more in a day.
Your Desired Resolution:
I want them to fix what they said they fixed with a competent technician. I do not want the same technician back in my home.
