Tips

Call this the place build on the creamy coconut pie, but that would be only a slice of the story. This teeny bakery is cram-packed with excellent options, both sweet and savory. There are breakfast sandwiches that feature house-made English muffins, as well as all sorts of salads and a couple soups of the day. Tom's creamy tomato is a huge hit. Treats go all over the map from delicate cookies to whole cakes, and, of course, that famous pie. It's truly hard to make a bad choice.

Sure, you've almost certainly heard about the legendary coconut cream pie. It's sugary, it's sweet and it should be at the top of your list when you enter. But if you're looking for a little breakfast you may want to skip the pie and start your day off with one of their addictive bacon egg sandwiches.

Dahlia Bakery Restaurant Review: Tom Douglas' retail bakery, just steps from his flagship Dahlia Lounge, satisfies numerous cravings with baked goods ranging from plump ginger cookies to individual servings of his Triple Coconut Cream Pie. Office workers make their mornings sweet with a cherry-almond scone or caramel apple brioche, while the health-oriented go for the crunchy house-made...
