Reasonable Prices:
I was in a bad state after my kitchen was flooded. She understood my predicament and what a complete makeover entailed. She is caring and knew I had to work with insurance adjusters.
she came when she said she would to do the initial measurements and once again when the walls were put back in place to ensure a perfect fit. She worked within my budget and did a beautiful design of white shaker cabinets. No high pressure sales here. She works with you and your schedule. Working with Daisy was like working with a dear family member who genuinely cared for you, your home, and your project. Daily and her office staff are caring people going out of their way to make you feel welcome. Her design ideas are well thought out and her prices are good. How is this company still in business?:
I realize there are many 5 star reviews, but frankly, I think they were written by the owners friends and family members, as there is no way this company deserves 5 stars, or even 1 star for that matter. Customer service terrible, the time period they make you wait for your items is unbelievable, the quality of those items is questionable and the many excuses the customer is fed are unscrupulous.
They take your money and runnnnnnnn:
Bought cabinets from this company. Waited 3 weeks...still no cabinets. Drove to the company...owner is NEVER available. Was given the run around, told she would call me. She never called. Went back again to find out what was going on, no one had a clue. I demanded to speak with the owner. Her employee explained that the owner is never available.
Six weeks later, I receive a partial order. The order is damaged. I call the store and explain this. Same run around. I then told them I wanted a refund and they told me I can't get a refund since they had to "measure" everything. REALLY? Save your dollars and head to Isabel Salina's, or Home Depot!!!
