Paid them to check my mower out. They said it would take 7-10 days to fix. I agree for them to do the work (to include buying the parts) and they said they are going to get the part in 2 days later. Two days later, a lady calls to ask me if it was ok to do the work. Part had not been ordered! Week and a half later, nothing. I am told that they have the part in and just waiting for their guy to put it on. Give them another week. 10 days later and now the company did not send all the parts and the lady who orders the parts is out with strep throat for the last week. Oh by the way, she is the only one who can order parts. So in three weeks, I still do not have my lawnmower back.
Not sure if they are trying to keep it hoping I will give up so they can sell it at a profit or are they just that utterly completely incompetent
