I have used Danas Housekeeping on and off for approx 13 years. I have never had a problem with them up until I moved from the San Fernando Valley to the Inland Empire. I was very happy with the complete service I received the first time but the second time I was only satisfied with the cleaning. I asked the housekeeper to wash my sheets and she put my comforter that was only 2 months old in the washing machine. The supervisor Lanora called me and pleaded her case and I sympathized with the girl and said I just want my house clean. I will let it go. When I got home I was satisfied with the cleaning so I didn't even pay attention to my washing machine. When I got ready to wash late that night I found that my washing machine would not spin. The agitator was full of cotton and had broke. I spent 210.00 to fix the machine with a family friend who does not have a location but does have professional services with receipts. I called on monday and spoke with Lanora who assured me that they would handle the issue and asked me if I would allow the girl to work it off with a free cleaning. I said no "i wanted my money" I was requested to send the receipts and I did and I received a call on today stating because the business was not with the better business bureau the girl would not be reimbursing me. The problem that I had is they allowed the girl to call me so that is unprofessional in its self and when I called the service and told her how ghetto I thought that was she begin to tell me because I cancelled my service when I had a family death I was unprofessional. What happened to the customer is always right. I had to get my washing machine fixed and purchase a new comforter. I would not use this company again if they where the last thing on earth. They are very unprofessional....I will go with someone that is more expensive that will protect the things in my house instead of ruining them and blaming me. I'm very upset with the service I recieved.
