Awful center ( Aug 2011):
I really want to share what I know about this center. My mother has been a patient in this center more than a year. Here are the high lights:
- Staff are really rude and they seem to be careless
- Management seems not hearing any complains at all.
- My mom is waiting about 1-2 hours at the center until somebody shows up and plugs her to the machine.
I wish I could somehow get these nurses to understand already these patients are suffering from what they are going through on a daily bases and a little care and a simple smile could make it a lot easier for them to go through this painful process but they are usually angry, frown y and act as if patients had done something wrong to them and I believe these are all because of something wrong that they have in their internal management.Not to forget to mention there are a couple of good persons with positive attitude in staff and office.
