I bought a wig that was advertised as free shipping, and paid $37. Once the payment had gone through, I received a Paypal message asking me for a further $20 for shipping. I paid it without making a fuss because I figured it was not worth the trouble to dispute.

But when the wig arrived it wasn't the same colour as the one in the picture - so I can't wear it. I asked (within one hour of receiving the item) to send it back for a refund - I also pointed out the problem with shipping - and I mentioned that I found the whole situation somewhat annoying. This is the response I got:

"I am not taking back and I definitely not refunding you the shipping, and it does not say shipping is free. I don't where you got that. I am annoyed myself."

Judging by other reviews, this may be an OK shop - but the internet retail side clearly has a long way to go. I'm now out of pocket and have had an unpleasant experience.

Was in the Candy Cane parade and needed a Santa outfit quick. Giselle was very helpful, she fixed me up after trying on a few of the Santa Costumes, and my wife she fixed up as an Elf, she was real cute Thanks again and have a very Merry Christmas

I needed a Garth and Wayne wig for Halloween and I got it fast with FedEx Dermot was very helpful. He said he was going to ship that day and he sent me the tracking number, all I has to do was get my rag jeans out of the closet and meet up with my Buddy Wayne, and we had a great time. We went down to Fantasy Fest in was such a blast. I want thank the people of Deco Dermots for such a great experience.

Beware!!!! I ordered a wig over the phone from dermot on oct 24. Dermot himself guaranteed the delivery to me through ups by oct 30. As of oct 29, the wig was still not delivered. I checked through ups who advised they were given an incorrect shipping address. However, on oct 29, they received the correct address from deco and rescheduled the delivery....now arriving on nov 2....not in time for holloween. Dermot refused to stand behind his guarantee and overnight ship it to me. He stated "it would cost too much and he would not make any money on this sale" i am now hassling with him to refund my order. I recommend doing business elsewhere
