Dr. Daniel L. Meffley, Dr. Thomas E. Sandy, and Dr. Deborah J Stein, are all graduates of the Ohio State College of Optometry. As members of the American Optometric Association, Dr. Meffley and Dr. Sandy have been recognized nationally for post graduate study. Both have served in various capacities during their careers as members of the Ohio Optometric Association and the Toledo Area Optometric Society. Our newest practitioner, Dr. Deborah J.
