Hey guys thanks a-bunch for sending me on an unnecessary 50 minute round trip to another store! I bought my shirt at another location expecting it to arrive with the rest of the attire. When I showed up and the shirt was still at the other location, oops what can we do so sorry no shirt for you!!!! Out of the entire inventory of that shirt at that store they could not sacrifice ONE to make it right for a customer. After my departure for my journey, the rest of the wedding party arrived and a spirited debate took place. Then the skies parted and the staff actually took the time to look and FOUND ALL THE SHIRTS.

Can't say the staff was outright unfriendly, but I definitely was not happy with the level of customer service and did not feel valued as a customer AT ALL. Is it better to lose one shirt in inventory or 4 customers for life who will most likely be sh*tting on the name "Mens Wearhouse" if they ever hear someone utter the words, especially in reference to this store? Riddle me that.
