This place SUCKS! Unless you need a simple cleaning and NOTHING ELSE...BEWARE! I had a chipped tooth, I was TALKED OUT of a veneer and into a composite, which turned out to be more yellow than my teeth - after making feel like an idiot for having whiter teeth than the color they had, the said they would order it and I would have to come back in the get it redone. So, I came back in about 2 1/2 weeks later and the dentist (the male dentist is an absolute JERK by the way) in his rush redid it but changed the shape of that tooth and instead of keeping it flat like he had before, he rounded it and built it up at the top instead, leaving me with one front tooth bulging.....it annoyed me, but I was just thankful that both my front teeth somewhat matched in color and then later, about 6 months when it was time to get my and my children's teeth cleaned I asked if they could just EVEN out that tooth he screwed up - that is ALL I wanted, just file or polish then built up part and make it even like it was before so it would match the other tooth...after being asked why I waited so long ( like anyone has time to keep going back to the dentist several times for the SAME thing like a chipped tooth) I asked why does that matter - he didn't do it right, I am here now, fix it. So instead the female dentist built up even MORE of my tooth at the bottom instead of leveling out the built up composite at the top so now I had this thick tooth, which again, after her taking forever and the color being right I figure FINE, just leave it....less than 3 month later the work she did POPPED right off my tooth leaving a ridge - I even put the thing in a ziploc to show them...now I thought I could go in and have them do what I ORIGINALLY asked and that was to just even the thing out WITHOUT adding more composite. However, the male dentist ARGUED with me saying, "well it looks fine to me" - I tried to explain the whole thing reminding him that when he did the second composite he build up too much on my tooth - the part of my tooth that DID not need it and changed the shape - so it may look "fine" to him, but it was not how my original tooth looked..of course his ego had to get inflamed and he started to argue with me that if I want that kind of "perfection" I should consider veneers...fine, I tried that before and right now I am not about to trust them to do an expensive veneer if they cannot even get a simple composite right....so he goes on to say, "..and when you came in last, she didn't even charge you for that composite..." so I said, "well, she was supposed to FIX what you did in the first place, but instead she just added on top of it...so she shouldn't have charged me because she didn't even do what I asked, nor did she do a good job otherwise I wouldn't be wasting my time coming in to just get it polished smooth and even"...he got up and said his assistance would be back in and she comes back telling me it would be $50! That isn't even what I was charged in the first place and all I needed was a simple polish - no fancy work, no more composite or shaping, just a smoothing out of the ridge that was left from the previous shoddy work. I was FURIOUS! Needless to say, these people are about number, NOT THE PATIENT....I felt like I was being completely taken advantage of....and it all started simply because they DID NOT have the correct color composite in the first place and then when they did they applied it incorrectly the second time.....like I said....this place SUCKS!!!!! To make things worse they argue with you, do NOT listen, talk over you and DO NOT RESOLVE this issue AT ALL!
