Des Moines Area Community College is a two- to three-year public community college serving the city of Des Moines and the region of Central Iowa. It offers Associates degrees in a variety of disciplines. DMACC is on the semester system and also offers online courses. A military-friendly school, DMACC also offers work-study and other scholarship opportunities.
