I'm so floored by their service and professionalism! I needed to rekey the locks for a condo ASAP. they offered to meet me in 30 min.:
I couldn't meet til 2:30 pm which was no problem for them. Showed up right on time. We were under tight time schedule with the no street parking starting at 3pm, or else we would both be ticketed/towed. I was sweatin' bullets but He worked quickly and calmly. Very reassuring & Super polite. i felt i was in safe hands. We made it just under the wire at 2:59pm! Highly recommend!
Dick's Locksmith Service is out of this world... Dick did a great job the 1st time he came around to change the locks on my home; arrived within hours and changed all the locks very fast!:
But where he went "beyond excellent" for me was when he came back to change the color of the lock on a door because my girlfriend prefers silver (rather than gold.) He wouldn't accept any extra cash, not even bridge toll, although he had to drive over the bridge to get to my home... Where do you find quality and service like this? And all with a smile!
