OK, if I can give these bastards a negative score, I would. I read the reviews online but had no choice in the matter since I had to go through my warranty company for repairs. They assigned these DUNN WRONG people since they use this company as a contractor. Had the guy come out to check my AC and told me there is a part that needs replacing...fine. He said it will take up to a week to get the part and then they would call me to schedule an appointment to replace it...OK. Oh yes, I had to pay the service call fee of course.
A week goes by, I get no phone call. So I called their office and spoke to the rep there. She said that they do not show anything in the system about a part replacement and will have to get in touch with the Tech to verify. I left my contact information but 2 days later, no one calls me back. I called the office again just to get a voicemail. Left a voicemail explaining my situation and ask that someone call me back; no one did. Been calling the next day just to get voicemail again.
Finally I called my warranty company and told them the whole store. They are still trying to get a hold of someone there.
Update...week 8 and they still have not done anything to fix my AC. Did not even show up fr the last 2 appointments or bother to call to explain/apologize. I will be taking legal actions against them
