Check out Frank and the Shop on PBS: This shop celebrates the "Old World" tradition of craft sausage making. European Homemade Sausage has been a staple on Milwaukee's southside since the 1970's. In 2010, sausage maker Frank Jakubczak tried to retire only to have his customers demand he return. This place has great Polish, Slovenian, Hungarian, German, Serbian and even Swedish Sausages. They also have a new online shop at This is a true blue foodie hot spot.
